Your communication, organization and follow through were all things that were exceptional. Phone calls and emails were always responded to promptly and all questions no matter how small were always addressed. We felt comfortable talking with both of you about any items and we also valued your opinion on issues where we were feeling a bit stuck. We appreciate you being direct and keeping us informed about the market and the strategies for selling our existing home. We really appreciated the effort that was put forth to receive feedback from showings and the follow up with interested buyers. Both of you were prompt about making sure our marketing materials were up to date and plentiful. The state of the housing market presented an extra challenge and stress for us as sellers yet we never doubted that both of you were implementing every creative strategy to sell our home.

Through the process of building our new home, both of you were available for communications with the builder and helped out tremendously with the process of making selections. Cari’s willingness to assist in the selection process was especially helpful in our flooring selections. We appreciate her taking time to sit with us and help. Jason was very helpful also especially in the walk through process of identifying items needing minor adjustments, etc. We felt he was truly interested in us being completely satisfied with the finished product.
